TERMS

· Full payment will be sent beforehand, via Paypal invoice.· I don't allow chargebacks or cancellations unless it's my personal urgency (ex. physically being unable to finish your order).· You can ask about your commission status or WIPs anytime you desire.· Credits to me (@ or a link tracing back to one of my socials) must be given anytime the art is showcased.· Using my art for AI learning, NFT or personal gain is prohibited.· I'm not shipping any physical goods. My comissions are presented in digital form only, traditional art included.· I still maintain all and absolute rights to my work.This includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, personal advertisement etc.· Any edits can be made during progess. After completion, every edit will be subject to additional fees.· I have rights to turn down orders that I don't deem fit for me to do.· Prices are subject to change and discussion due to variation in demand.

USAGE

· My work is for private use only. I don't allow my work to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit unless previously stated otherwise.· Commercial use of my artwork must be stated and agreed upon beforehand. Commissions are to only be used for their discussed purpose.· I charge an one-time fee of +100% of the total price for any commercial use, and an one-time fee of +200% of the total price for merchandise artwork. Promotional illustrations, cover art or any usage that could earn revenue is to be counted as commercial.
